It has come to attention of my office in recent weeks that there has been a fault with the contact form and for submitting enquires through this channel to me. We are aware that some communications to my office have been missed through this communication channel, but we are now responding to every constituent who contacted us to apologise and take up their case with urgency.
I would like to apologise on behalf of myself and my office for this issue. I can completely understand the frustration that some will have felt from not receiving a prompt response from office which falls well below the standards I expect of my office and that constituents should rightly receive.
We have now rectified the problem with the website so that all communication channels, including the contact form are now functioning properly.
I apologise again for this issue and I will endeavour to ensure that going forwards the highest possible service is delivered to every constituent in Hastings and Rye.
